Michael Choules

Vice President of Finance

Michael is the Vice President of Finance at Northrim Horizon. Prior to Northrim, Michael was the Assistant Controller at Plexus Worldwide. Prior to Plexus, he worked at Onsemi in their accounting department and at Ernst & Young as an audit manager in their Phoenix office.

Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a licensed CPA in Arizona.

Brad is a Vice President at Northrim Horizon. Prior to Northrim, Brad was a Senior Associate at Partners Group in their direct private equity buyout fund. Prior to Partners Group, he worked as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in New York and Perella Weinberg Partners in San Francisco.

Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accountancy as well as a Bachelor of Arts Minor in English from Arizona State University with an Honors distinction from Barrett, The Honors College.

Prior to Northrim, Andy was the Head of Corporate Development & Business Development for 80 Acres Farms and was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company. He began his career as an Equity Analyst at Cortina Asset Management.

Andy received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marquette University.

Prior to Northrim, Clark was a Vice President at Newlight Partners LP (formerly known as Soros Fund Management), a $4+ billion private equity firm based in New York. Clark began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in New York. Clark received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Christian Richter

Christian is a Partner and General Counsel for Northrim Horizon. Prior to Northrim, Christian was an Associate at Snell & Wilmer LLP in Phoenix in the corporate & securities group and at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP (a top 20-Vault ranked firm) in New York and Hong Kong.

Christian received a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in English with minors in Chinese and Business Management from Brigham Young University. Christian is a member of both the New York and Arizona State Bars.

Tyler is a Partner at Northrim Horizon. Prior to Northrim, Tyler was a Principal at JMI Equity, a market leading private equity firm focused on investing in leading software and tech-enabled services businesses. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Palo Alto, California.
Tyler received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University where he was a Brigham Young Scholar.
